30 Days Money-back Guarantee, Free Returns

Every of our products come with standard 30 days guarantee for quality and the content description. Please note genuine antique items are sometimes with light marks of age and use.

Our costumers may return any products within 30 days counting from the date of the purchase, if they do not arrive in the condition as described or seen on the photos. There is an exemption when we do not accept responsibility for a return due to careless handling by the costumer, or if a return is being misused.

Postal delivery delays are not usually grounds for a return or compensation claim being initiated, unless the parcel was genuinely lost.

Usually the buyer pays the return post cost, and we require our buyers to use a tracked & value insured service for returning our products.

Please only return an item to the post box address we will confirm in an email, and kindly consult the tracking number to us!

We expect the items to be returned in the same quantity and condition, complete with all of their parts, as they were dispatched, unless damage occured through post.

Failing to comply with these rules may result in refusal of the return or sending partial refund only.
